Laptop Diagnostics:
Currently available for Espar (Eberspaecher), and Webasto.
Test Bench services:
Whenever possible, heaters will go through this process to ensure a quick and accurate diagnosis.
We have the ability to bench test most models of heaters on our dealer list and find this to be the most accurate and reliable way to start and end servicing or repairs.
A walk through of our process:
Heaters brought into our shop are set up and run on our test bench.
A large fluid reservoir and air handler heat sinks allow for extended runs for most hydronic systems we work on.
When possible, our OEM laptop diagnostic programs are used to read codes, identify specific issues and help decide the best options for each heater and customer.
The heater is then carefully disassembled and inspected. All parts are set aside and any necessary cleaning will take place.
This is where we reach out to the customer and explain any issues we find and options available, including parts and associated costs.
Parts are then ordered from our dealer network. We use dealer parts to ensure quality control and maintain warranty status.
When parts arrive the heater is carefully assembled with the ordered parts, run on our test bench and monitored for unresolved issues. This ensures the heater will start and run as it should.
When laptop diagnostics are not supported, unavailable or not possible.
In the event laptop diagnostics are not supported, we rely on a variety of 0EM supported diagnostic devices. Sometimes these devices are not an option, either due to age or damage, we then rely on our years of experience as well as our network of knowledgeable technicians and experts in this field.
